One of our batches came out small, each bun is about 20% smaller than our normal buns. We believe the baker or the cutting machine was the culprit. Either the machine didn't cut the buns to the right size or the baker used the wrong setting. The nutritionals on these will be approximately 100 calories per bun, 1.5g net carbs and 14.5g protein. They are nearly the same size (by weight) as our hot dog buns, which means the nutritional facts would be the same as those.
