The mission of UnbelievaBread is simple: to provide nutrient-dense, low carb, high protein bread that tastes better than regular bread so that you can actually feel good about eating it. 

When it comes to bread you’re typically left with choosing between unhealthy or bland taste with a rubbery texture. We believe that you should never have to choose nutrition over flavor. So to change that, we set out to do something no one had ever done before: make bread that not only elevates the standard of nutrition but taste as well.  We’re all about raising expectations - and when it comes to choosing bread - you should be too.

UnbelievaBuns Bread is the brainchild of Jerrod Adkins. It's the culmination of 7 years spent perfecting amazing low carb, high protein bread-making that began back in his home city of Charlotte, NC. Throughout this journey, Jerrod continued his search for not only making healthy bread but a healthy bread that tastes better than regular bread.  

Through innovation and going above and beyond to find delicious ingredients we were able to perfect the UnbelievaBuns recipe. Our buns pack 17 grams of muscle building protein, only 1.8 net carbs and just 119 calories.
