We only use nutrient dense, high quality ingredients like organic flax, almond and olive oil to keep our bread healthy and low carb.  It’s our special wheat protein that gives it the delicious bread flavor you're used to while providing you with high protein. Our breads are also free of preservatives, mold inhibitors, GMOs, anything artificial or other junk that other brands like to add to their products. 

UnbelievaBuns are healthy with the perfect nutritional profile of 17 grams of protein, 7 grams of fiber, 1.8 net carbs.  The perfect combination of high protein and fiber yet low in carbs. Our signature buns taste like actual hamburger buns but are far superior due to the high quality ingredients and health benefits of those ingredients. These buns build muscle, aid in digestion and will not to spike your blood sugar. There are no preservatives, no mystery ingredients and no sugar.

  1. Is unbelievaBuns bread certified gluten-free?
    Gluten is the number one ingredient. We love gluten! 
  2. Is UnbelievaBuns Bread Vegan? 
    All UnbelievaBuns products are plant based, which makes them  vegan and vegetarian friendly. A lot of high protein breads are egg based, however our protein comes from wheat. 
  3. How is UnbelievaBuns low carb? 
    The secret is ours to keep. What we can tell you is that our buns are only 8.9 total carbs with 7.1g of fiber, so only 1.8 net carbs per bun. 
  4. How long does UnbelievaBuns bread last? Do you have storage tips? The buns have no preservatives and are frozen after baking to keep them fresh before shipping.  The buns will thaw during shipment so it is best to re-freeze immediately upon receipt. Freezing the bread does not affect the bread’s taste or texture.
  5. What’s the best way to use/thaw UnbelievaBuns?  
    Thawing: 
    The buns thaw quick. It usually only takes about 10 minutes. To speed up the process, only microwave for 15 seconds. You should never microwave for more than 30 seconds. 
    Toasting: To toast, it’s best to toast face down in a skillet with a cover. The cover will help retain the moisture and texture of the buns.
    Toasting Hack: If you have a 2 or 4 slice toaster, put the buns on top and start the toaster. Rotate a couple of times during toasting so you don’t get toasted/untoasted lines. The heat from the toaster will toast the insides perfectly without drying out the rest of the bun.
