We are testing a high protein, low-carb snack made from our high protein, low-carb dough recipe. We don't have a name for it yet, because we haven't landed on 'form' that we like. More on this below...

We are using our butter bun recipe for this one, adding cinnamon and an all-natural stevia blend to the dough (both are zero calorie) to give it a deliciously satisfying sweet flavor. The nutritional facts and macros will be the exact same as our Butter Buns on a gram for gram basis. Our buns weigh about 55g or 2 ounces. These were cut at a slightly larger size, so the nutritional facts will be approximately 140 calories, 20g protein, 2g net carbs, 5.3g fat and zero sugar.

So, what is it? It's a mystery! We have experimented making this dough into different forms, like a traditional cinnamon roll, swirl and twist. Our goal is for this snack to be about the size of an adult hand. So far, we've only been able to get these to the size of an adult palm, no matter which form we make them. While these prototypes might not look big, they still pack the same nutritional content that you've come to expect from us. The flavor is also very good!

There are many ways to enjoy these:

• Add icing - There are several icing options you can buy online or at your local grocery store. Everything from Keto to clean label/all-natural.
• Add syrups - You can drizzle with maple syrup or really dress them up with pecans or candied walnuts.
• Make your own low-carb protein icing - Combine a vanilla whey protein with cream cheese.
• Brush with butter
• Eat straight up! - No prep is needed. These are very good right out of the bag. 

It's important to note that this listing is for our 'prototypes' from test batches. Remember, by placing an order you are ordering our test batches. There will be 3 per pack. 

We made 3 batches and tested different ways to shape and roll the dough, so each bag will be different. Some are thin, some are thick, some are weird. We want your feedback on size, texture and flavor.
