The air fryer already exists, thereby allowing us to remove the oil from the fried chicken equation. Now, we just need a healthy flour for the coating. Well, today is the day! We've created the first ever, high protein, low-carb flour so you can make healthy 'fried' chicken!
But that's not all. A friend asked us if the flour could be used in baking sweets, like cookies. Since cookies use all-purpose flour as the main ingredient, we don't see why not. Although we have not tried it yet, we think it'll work because our flour is a perfect flour to replace all-purpose flour.
