We want fried chicken to be healthy. For fried chicken to be healthier, it takes 2 main components. Removing the oil from frying and a healthier flour to coat it. The air fryer already exists, thereby allowing us to remove the oil from the fried chicken equation. Now, we just need a healthy flour for the coating. Well, today is the day! We've created the first ever, high protein, low-carb flour so you can make healthy 'fried' chicken!

But that's not all. A friend asked us if the flour could be used in baking sweets, like cookies. Since cookies use all-purpose flour as the main ingredient, we don't see why not. Although we have not tried it yet, we think it'll work because our flour is a perfect flour to replace all-purpose flour.

You'll receive 2 bags of flour. Each bag contains 6oz of high protein, low carb flour. The same flour we use in UnbelievaBuns. However, please note:
  • This flour is not full bread baking flour and therefore will no work in regular bread making.
  • This flour is not meant to be an exact 1-to-1 replacement for regular flour in baked goods. You will need to experiment with ratios in your recipes if you are using to replace regular all-purpose flour.
