We are testing a high protein, low-carb bread stick crust. Each crust is par-baked and par-sliced for 18 bread sticks and is made from our high protein, low-carb dough recipe that you know and love. That's right, this is the same dough we use to make UnbelievaBuns. Therefore, the nutritional facts and macros will be the exact same as our UnbelievaBuns on a gram for gram basis. It's important to note that this listing is for our 'prototypes' from test batches. Remember, by placing an order you are ordering our test batch of bread sticks. There will be 1 crust per pack with 18 small bread sticks.
One crust is the equivalent of 6 buns (12 ounces). Therefore, 3 bread sticks will be about the same size as one UnbelievaBun. So, 3 sticks would have approximately 17g of protein, 1.8g net carbs, 0g sugar, 4.5g fat and 119 calories.
These are par-baked. Just add your toppings and finish baking. Here's a few recipe ideas:
- Garlic Bread Sticks: Just add butter, garlic and Italian seasoning
- Cheese Sticks: Same as above, but add cheese
- Pizza Sticks: same toppings as your favorite pizza
- Cinnamon Sticks: brush with butter, stevia or allulose, add cinnamon and drizzle with your favorite Keto icing, protein icing (make with cream cheese and vanilla protein powder) or simply top with maple syrup.
