- Veggies for toppings - Red onion, chives, cilantro or banana peppers. You choose.
Start by toasting the flatbread in a regular oven (don’t use a convection oven). Toast for 5-7 minutes on 400 degrees. Be sure to keep an eye on it, because the the flatbread will toast quick.
Once toasted, remove the flatbread and lay the un-toasted side down on to a sheet pan covered in aluminum foil and sprayed with your favorite cooking spray.
Blend 1 and 1/2 tbsp of ranch with 1/2 tbsp of sour cream. Spread in a thin layer over the toasted side of the flatbread, making sure to cover the entire surface. Add 2oz of diced up grilled chicken (we used leftovers but you can also buy pre-cooked grilled chicken slices that would work perfectly). Add 2 tbsp of buffalo chicken dip. This won't spread, so we put little dabbles all over the pizza and it worked well.
Now you can top with toppings of choice. We used a tiny amount of mozzarella (only a half serving) and red + green onions. Cilantro, banana peppers and chives would all be good, too.
Place back in the oven for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted, while also checking the underside to ensure it’s toasted to your liking.
